This Agreement is concluded by and between IM "Zingan.com" SRL as the owner of All Moldova information system and search engine ("All Moldova Resource") on the one part and the User of All Moldova Resource services on the other part regarding the terms and conditions of using the information available at All Moldova Resource.

1. General

• The User accepts the terms and conditions hereof by choosing to use the website of All Moldova Resource. All Moldova Resource reserves the right to introduce amendments and modifications to the terms and conditions hereof without prior notice to the User. The amended terms and conditions shall take effect immediately with their publication at the website of All Moldova Resource.
• All Moldova Resource shall provide the User access to the information and data posted on the website of All Moldova Resource. The information and data generated by All Moldova Resource or its related parties and posted by All Moldova Resource at its sole discretion on its web site is protected by the copyright law of the Republic of Moldova as well as international intellectual property law.
• Any reproduction, quotation or other use of such information and data shall be possible SOLELY with prior express consent in writing of the editorial board of All Moldova Resource and it shall require a reference to All Moldova Resource or to the source resources of its related parties. Any other reproduction, quotation or use of such information and data shall be deemed to infringe the applicable law.

All Moldova Resource, as an information system and search engine, handles information and data either generated by third parties independently or produced on the basis of third party information. All Moldova Resource is not able to perform independent verification of all such information and data for truthfulness and accuracy, and therefore it disclaims expressly any and all responsibility for:

• The information and data obtained by the User as result of using the website of All Moldova Resource; and for the possible non-conformity of such information and data with the applicable laws or contradiction to the actual state of things or to the information from other sources;
• The quality of any services, information or data acquired or otherwise obtained as result of the use of the website of All Moldova Resource; and possible non-conformity of such services, information and data to generally accepted standards or to the User’s expectations;
• The truthfulness and accuracy of any promotional information and data posted on the website of All Moldova Resource and the quality of any products and/or services thus promoted;
• Any direct or consequential damage, losses or lost profits – even if they result from the use of, or impossibility to use, the website of All Moldova Resource;
• Any consequences of using the information and data thus obtained, or of acquiring such products or services;
• Possible non-conformity to the User’s expectations of the results achieved via use of the website of All Moldova Resource;
• Any consequences of third party use of the information and data posted on the website of All Moldova Resource;
• General accuracy and truthfulness of any statistics cited at the website of All Moldova Resource.

3. Confidentiality of the User’s personal data

• If the User uses the website of All Moldova Resource to order products or services from, or to take part in any website activities offered by, All Moldova Resource, the latter shall be entitled to request the User to submit his/her personal data through the website.

4. Trademarks

All Moldova is a trademark owned by IM "Zingan.com" SRL. All rights to this trademark are protected in conformity with the Law of Moldova. The rights to all other trademarks appearing at the website of All Moldova Resource from time to time are held by their lawful owners.

5. Applicable law

This licensing agreement and any other rules of operating and using the website of All Moldova Resource, as defined and amended from time to time by IM "Zingan.com" SRL, shall reflect the totality of the agreement between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof. The applicable law regulating the legal relationships between the parties hereto shall be the law of the Republic of Moldova.

6. Lifetime of the licensing agreement

This licensing agreement shall take effect immediately with the User’s first visit to the website of All Moldova Resource and remain effective till complete fulfillment by the Parties of their obligations under this Agreement.
