The factoring company "Uralsib-Moldfactor" is the first company in Moldova specializing on factoring transactions. It was established in September 2004. The company’s principal founding shareholder is the Bank “The National Factoring Company“ OOO (formerly the National Factoring Company "Uralsib – NIKoil"). The establishment of the factoring company IM NFC-Moldfactor" SRL is NFC’s first expansion project at the markets of the CIS and Eastern Europe; the expansion program provides for the subsequent establishment of similar specialized companies in Kazakhstan, Ukraine, etc.

The Company offers its customers a comprehensive factoring services package according to the international quality standards; it develops in-house and implements innovative approaches and technologies. NFC’s current management team is rightfully viewed as the founders of factoring in Russia and rates no. 1 team of professionals at the market.
The Bank “The National Factoring Company" is a member of the largest international factoring association - Factors Chain International (FCI), which unites 180 companies in 60 countries.
The Bank “The National Factoring Company" is the only Russian company and one of the few companies worldwide, which is simultaneously a FCI member of as well as IFG (International Factors Group) member; such membership facilitates the direct international factoring collaboration with the factoring companies and banks from diverse countries, including the possibility to perform quick solvency checks of foreign debtors.
The registered capital of the Bank “The National Factoring Company" is above USD 56 million.
Currently the Company operates 18 sales offices in Russia and 2 offices in the former Soviet Republics (Moldova and Armenia).
The continuous growth of the factoring turnover is achieved via provision of the services to more than 400 customers; the turnover totaled USD 762 million in 2004 and USD 1,100 million for the first 9 months of 2005.
