Company Mission

The mission of "East-Auto-Lada" is to satisfy the demand of the Moldovan market for quality services and goods by offering in wholesale and retail outlets cars and specialized equipment from well-known brands, such as: Opel, Iveco, Irisbus, NewHolland (road-building machines), spare parts for the above car brands, post-sale guarantee and post-guarantee service, freight transportation services, foodstuffs and non-food consumer goods, public catering services, services to test passenger cars and trucks, brokering services.

"EAST-AUTO-LADA" SRL was established in 1988.

The principal business lines of "EAST-AUTO-LADA" SRL include:

• Trade in and guarantee and post-guarantee servicing of vehicles;
• Repairs and service maintenance of vehicles;
• Freight transportation services;
• Brokering and customs clearance services;
• Wholesale and retail trade;
• Public catering (cafes, restaurants).

"EAST-AUTO-LADA" has a broad business counterpart base both inside and outside Moldova, including international brands, such as: General Motors, Iveco, Irisbus, NewHolland, Moldasig, Victoria-Bank, BCR, etc.

The staff of "East-Auto-Lada" totaled 304 as at January 1, 2009.

History Milestones of "East-Auto-Lada" SRL:

• 1988: "East-Auto-Lada" is established as a leased enterprise;
• 1991: the company is restructured to a joint stock company;
• 1994: "East-Auto-Lada" SA becomes an authorized dealer of "ADAM OPEL" AG (Germany) with an official license to trade in OPEL cars;
• 1994: the first OPEL outlet (currently known as OPEL Showroom) is opened;
• 1995: the company is restructured to a limited liability company;
• 2000: OMEGA Trade House is established to take care of the company’s trade operations;
• 2001: "East-Auto-Lada" SRL becomes an authorized dealer of "IVECO S.p.A" (Italy) with an official license to trade in IVECO trucks and to ensure their post-sale guarantee and post-guarantee service;
• 2006: "East-Auto-Lada" SRL becomes an authorized dealer of "NewHolland";
• 2006: "East-Auto-Lada" SRL becomes an authorized dealer of "IrisBus";
• 2006: Iveco showroom is opened in a new building;
• 2008: a customs warehouse is opened on premises of "East-Auto-Lada";
• 2008: OPEL Showroom is opened in a new building.

The operational efficiency of "East-Auto-Lada" SRL is ensured by a team of skilled professionals in the company management (with university education and a track record in the relevant sphere). To ensure continuous advanced training, the officers of "East-Auto-Lada" SRL take advanced training courses and attend workshops and courses offered by "ADAM OPEL AG" (Max Meyer, Germany) and by IVECO SPA. The number of staff totaled 304 as at the beginning of 2009; the number of staff is growing as the number of business lines of "East-Auto-Lada" SRL increases and its operations expand.
