Specific feature of Mexican cuisine is adding tempting fragrant spices to dishes, which enrich their taste. A European might find Mexican cuisine exotic. In Mexican cuisine, you discover new wonderful features and taste of hot and sweet pepper, potatoes, squash, corn, and tomatoes.

Burning fahitas is El Paso’s pride. This dish is so warm that you practically can’t see it in smoke and steam. This meat dish is served on a frizzling frying pan burning on fire. The smell of smoke makes fahitas even more special.

Instead of bread flat cakes are served at El Paso. Warm stuffed flat cakes (of course, with hot stuffing) are called tacos. It is a very hearty dish, which has long ago become Mexican classics.

In addition to dishes born in Mexico, El Paso can serve any Moldovan or European dish, which a virtuoso chef can make very special.

As for drinks, famous Moldovan vintage wines and no less famous Corona Mexican beer have been traditionally especially popular at our restaurant.
