About the restaurant

Young and beautiful girls, excellent students and Komsomol leaders, mountain climbers and sports fans, kunaks (best men) and dzhigits (tough Caucasus guys) are welcome to our restaurant “the Caucasus Prisoner”; here you will become forever the prisoners of the Caucasus hospitality and admirers of the Caucasus cuisine!

“The Caucasus Prisoner” is the restaurant styled after the famous Soviet comedy movie “The Caucasus Prisoner, or Shurik's new adventures”, produced in the 60-ies and still counting millions of fans.

The restaurant's leitmotif is both the atmosphere of the famous comedy with the same name and the best of the Caucasus national cuisine.

The restaurant has three rooms, each designed in a unique style and reproducing the atmosphere inspired by the movie's best scenes:

• “Music room”: sufficiently large for a party of 60;
• “Comrade Saakhov's Office”: for up to 30 customers (styled after the Communist Party functionary's office);
• “The typical Caucasus courtyard”: sufficiently large for 20 customers.

Here you will be immersed in the restaurant atmosphere of the glorious 70-ies with its live pop music every night and popular songs of that period, good for dancing (i.e. the atmosphere of ‘good old times').

In summer you can enjoy you meal on the open-air terrace, inhaling the aroma of barbecue cooking and listening to the birds' songs.

Be sure to bring your children with you! They are welcome to the cozy children's room and a treat of a fantastic cocktail.
