The Finnish sauna is an electrically heated steam bath . High temperature inside the sauna (80-100ºC) combined with a swimming pool with contrasting temperature water and hydromassage stabilizes blood pressure and natural resistance to diseases. Furthermore, dry sauna has a good skin cleansing effect. Upon desire you can use a hydromassage cabin.

You can also use the services of the center's skilled masseuses specializing on a range of specialized target massages – from a relaxing massage to curative massage.

A massage session last from 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
