About the center

The Chisinau Eye Microsurgery Center was established in 1994.

The distinctive feature and competitive advantage of the Chisinau Eye Microsurgery Center is high reliability of its treatment services and continuous improvement of the diagnostics and surgery techniques used by its staff; that is possible owing to collaboration with the world-famous Svyatoslav Fyodorov Clinics (Russia).

The Chisinau Eye Microsurgery Center comprises several sections: surgical ophthalmology, laser refraction based eyesight correction, retina pathology, child pathologies and physical therapy, and otorhinolaryngology.

Many surgery methods developed worldwide are currently successfully applied in the Chisinau Eye Microsurgery Center , which is another evidence of the center's high reliability and high skills of its medical staff. The skills of the center's surgeons have won international recognition.

Many operation types are performed only in our center and produce brilliant results; the operation trauma is minimal, and therefore they do not require the patient's hospitalization.

The approaches applied by the Center staff range from diamond surgery to gentle ray therapy involving use of new generation lasers.
