"UNGAR" SRL Company was founded in 1992 by father and son – Ungureanu Alexandr Nikolaevich and Igor Alexandrovich.

Presently the Company employs 350 people. The sphere of the Company activity for the last 15 years has been food-staff (Production and sale). "UNGAR" SRL owned the network of food-staff markets "COLIBRI" which operated successfully till 2006.

In connection with domestic market of Moldova development and major Russian and Ukrainian investors entering the food-staff market of the country, "UNGAR" Company took the decision to change the sphere of activity.

"PREMIER" SALON MARKET

In March 2007 "UNGAR" SRL Company opened the first specialized shoeswear and accesoiries market in the centre of Chisinau (50 m from the House of Government).

Presently "Premier" market is the biggest specialized shoeswear market in the city. It should also be noted that is the most popular one. The market offers such world-famous brands as: Gianmarco Lorenzi, Borbonese, Blumarine, Vicini, Marc Jacobs, Alessandro Dell’Acquа, Giorgio Fabiani, Les Copains, Stuart Weitzman, Shy, Baldan and others.

"Premier" market works directly with producers from Italy, Spain and England.

SHOPPING CENTRE "MARKS"

In December 2007 "UNGAR" SRL Company opened a trading centre "Marks" with the square of 5 thousand sq.m. The principle of trade in this trading center is "shop in shop" (that is open space without doors and walls – shopping without borders).

In the first floor the customers find perfumery shop Ovico, while make-up by Bourjois, Matis, Eugen Perma, Arnaud is presented by Vizaj-Nica Company.

In the second floor the eye is caught by a souvenir department Bamboo – interior accessories – photo-frames, vases, small statuettes and other little items dear to our hearts. Clothing for future mothers to the full range is presented in Sweet Mama shop.

Still here there is a department of Premier shop presenting new collections of shoeswear and accessories from such producers as Blumarine, Gianmarco Lorenzi, Giorgio Fabiani and other brands every season. The shoeswear from previous collections from these producers can be bought in the first floor in Premium outlet, where it is sold at a significant discount of up to 70%.

The third floor is very specific place. It is completely and in full given to the disposal of most young customers. Bright light which sheds it to full extend is of exclusively natural origin.

In MARKS Centre parterre there is a special world – the world of home appliances and electronics from Xenon.
