Extra-K SA

In the last few years only, Joint Stock Company "Extra-K" SA put into operation and started up a large number o f v arious facilities, including:

• DС Intertrade SRL winery (Vulcanesti):
  Manufacturing and installation of the metal constructions, winery's walls and roof, grape acceptance, and primary processing compartments.
  Installation of the entire complex of production equipment and piping, involving the most advanced modern technologies.
• In 2003 we carried out a complex reconstruction of the diffuser with the replacement of the most moving parts for the «Sudzucker-Moldova» sugar-refinery from Falesti. All the componentry was manufactured by EXTRA-K as well.
• Presently we construct the third trade center with total area of 4800 sq. meters, located in the center of the city. It has convenient approaches and several large parkings. It will commercialize goods that are common for this kind of centers: foodstuff and manufactured goods.
  We have completed the fabrication and installation of the metal constructions , and proceed with wall panels and roof mounting.

From 1995 to 2003 we have implemented the following projects:

• An oil tank farm with the capacity of 15,000 cubic meters of fuel for JSC "Lucoil-Moldova";
• An oil tank farm with the capacity of 5000 cubic meters of fuel for JSC "Socoleni-Petrol",
• An oil tank farm with the capacity of 10,000 cubic meters for Research and Production Association "Porumbeni",
• An oil tank farm with the capacity of 3000 cubic meters for "Neron" Ltd,
• Installation of the production equipment at Vitanta-Intravest Joint Venture,
• Adjustable steel centering forms for housing constructions in Russian Federation (Ryazan, Lipetsk, Voronezh),
• Gasoline filling stations for Joint Venture "Interforum-M" and "Caleon" in Chisinau,
• Road signs manufactured by our company on the order of Cavalleri Ottavio SpA ( Italy ) have really embellished the new highway Chisinau - Sarateni, reconstructed on the means of credits provided by the European bank for Reconstruction and Development. (The acceptance of the signs has been performed by an EBRD agent - the specialized company Louis Berger).
• The labour record of Joint Stock Company "Extra-K" includes also some facilities of the Moldovan Ministry of Defense and National Security, as well as many other facilities both inside the country and abroad
• In 2000 Joint-Stock company "Extra-K" participated at the large-scale reconstruction of sugar mills in Drochia and Falesti. The works were financed by the leader of sugar production, German concern "Suedzucker" AG.
• The list of our customers includes the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and Moldova's Government Property Administration, Joint Venture "Elite-5", Joint Stock Company "Glodeni-Gas", etc.
