For several centuries Moldavian winemakers have been creating their unique wines having been occupied with vine growing. Since that period the winemaking became a traditional branch of the agriculture in our country and at the present moment it is an integral part of the culture of Modavian people.

The “Cricova” company kept the best traditions of Moldavian winemaking, which together with modern production technologies and standards can offer to the customers a perfect product.

The “Cricova” Company and its famous product have more than 60 awards and prizes of the prestigious international exhibitions and contests. The last achievements of the company are “Golden American Quality Award”(New York, 1996) and “Gold Star Quality Award” (Paris, 1996).

Since 1996 “Cricova” has been becoming a member of the “European Club of Commercial Leaders”, which estimated merits of the winery, having gave a reward in the area of winemaking and The Quality Gold Star. It is a worthy recognition of the product with the Cricova trademark.
