Euro-Alco was established in November 1995.

Initially the company's business was production of wine, vodka and strong Moldovan drinks. Euro-Alco's produce was imported to Russia and the Baltic countries.

During the last five years the business of Euro-Alco developed as follows:

• Geographical coverage expanded, including new areas producing raw wine for the company during the season;
• The tank station capacity was increased up to 400 thousand decaliters;
• The initial bottling line was replaced with modern higher efficiency equipment;
• Two new lines were installed, including the line for filling of wine in Bag in Box;
• New internal production manuals were developed; the product line is continuously revised and expanded/improved;
• A new product - grape brandy was launched under the company's trademark;
• Our products entered the markets of Kazakhstan , Belarus and Turkmenia;
• Our output has reached 12 million bottles in a year;
• Our company took part in a number of specialized exhibitions and wine tasting contests in Moldova and Russia; the quality of our produce was acknowledged via numerous diplomas and medals and high consumer demand;

In 2004 Trading House ООО "Euro-Alco Trading House" was established in Russia (in Moscow).
