Futsal competition goes on
The Chisinau teams ASET, Tornado and JLC continue to fight for the title of national futsal champion. In the 16th stage of the championship on March 14, the three teams scored new victories.
Competition leader ASET and current holder of the championship Tornado defeated ELAN Chisinau and, respectively, Sokol Tiraspol by the same score, 7-2.
In another match, JLC beat Lexmax 3-2, taking revenge on them for the defeat in the final of Moldova's Cup.
Rankings after 16 stages played:
1. ASET – 35 points
2. JLC – 32 points
3. Tornado – 31 points
4. Lexmax – 17 points
5. Sokol – 13 points
6. ELAN – 9 points
The next round was scheduled for March 21. Tornado meets JLC, Sokol – ELAN, while ASET – Lexmax, Info-Prim Neo reports.
