During two weeks the new auction on carry out of beautification works of Valea Morilor Lake will be organized
This was announced by the head of the Capital Construction Department of Chisinau municipality, Roman Sofroni at the meeting of the City Hall services. He noted that none of economic agents appeared at the auction, held on July 23, 2010, though 4 packages of project documents had been acquired.
In his turn, the Mayor General, Dorin Chirtoaca said the auction on beautification of Valea Morilor park will be international because the considerable investments are required. It should be mentioned that a range of buildings, including a five-star hotel on the water, a beach and some sport clubs will be constructed upon completion of works on beautification of Valea Morilor park. About €218 million are required for implementation of the project. The City Hall doesn’t posses the required amount and hopes to attract it from investors.
