The police have a new suspect in the case of the double murder committed in Durlesti last April. In a news conference on June 13, police officials presented the portrait of the alleged criminal that was drawn with the help of a witness, Info-Prim Neo reports.

The deputy head of the Organized Crime Combating Division Alexandru Panzari said the suspect is aged between 35 and 45, is 1.7 – 1.8 meters in height, has brown hair and a robust constitution. The man can be seen in Buiucani district of Chisinau, in the perimeter of the streets Vasile Lupu and Ialoveni. Things stolen from victims were found in this area. The suspect may even work there.

Employees of the United States’ FBI will come to the aid of the Moldovan police. The Ministry of the Interior sought help from the U.S. Embassy in Chisinau. The American specialists will help draw the psychological portrait of the suspect. The police do not exclude that this man could have been involved in the double murder committed in Ialoveni.

The Ministry of the Interior asks anyone with any information about the suspect to call 57-71-77 or 902. There will be offered recompense for the information that will turn out to be true.

A girl aged 16 and a boy of 18 were found dead in a car in Durlesti town on April 1, 2011. In September 2010, a woman and a man from Ialoveni were discovered dead in a car on the Chisinau – Ialoveni road. In both of the cases, the victims were shot from hunter’s guns. In the middle of last April, the police arrested a man on suspicion that he committed the murder in Durlesti. Afterward, they announced that the suspect is mentally ill. Another suspect was Gheorghe Inculet, but it was later established that this man died in 2007.
