A group of lawmakers will seek solutions for the believers who oppose the electronic record of the residents. At the beginning of the today's parliament meeting, Parliament Speaker Marian Lupu informed that each faction will delegate two MPs to this group. "In the morning, I had a meeting with the believers and representatives of the Communications and Information Technology Ministry to listen to the position of the believers. I urge you to set the working group in charge of the talks with the protesting believers," Lupu said. Hundreds of believers today protested outside the Palace of the Republic, where the parliament meeting takes place, against the electronic record of the residents. The protesters say they will leave only if the lawmakers meet their requirements.
