At the same time, we are studying the experience of several states. The law will be openly discussed in society," Timofti said. The head of state said that the relevant bodies are working out legislative amendments meant to improve the situation in the judiciary field. "I will discuss with the chairman of the Supreme Court of Justice, Mihai Poalelungi and we will come out with proposals for the amendment of the legislation. At the same time, employees of the Prosecutor's General Office and of the Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption should have the status of judges," Timofti said. The president said that one of the most important achievements attained during the first 100 days of his presidential mandate, was the stability brought to Moldovan society. Previously, the leader of the Party of Socialists, Igor Dodon, said that the parliamentary opposition should benefit from a special law and should take over the control on several state institutions.
