Termocom insists on debtors paying their bills

“Termocom” announces that the next heating season’s warrant is the level of payments by consumers and, respectively, the level of payments registered towards providers from the energy sector. For this reason, the company insists that consumers pay their debt on heating service, reports Info-Prim Neo.

According to a communique from Termocom, the enterprise continue to put in all effort necessary to gather all payments and transfer all necessary means in accordance with the Memorandum on energy providers’ payment transfer ( “Gas Union Fenosa”, “Chisinau-Gaz”, “CET-1”, “CET-2”).

Until now, payment requests summing to 122 million lei were sent to 18,426 consumers. There are 4,199 open lawsuits, summing to 40 million lei, and 6,083 summonses, totaling at 52 million lei are prepared.

The court has already ruled upon the cases of 1,511 debtors, regarding the cashing of the debt on heating energy consumed, and 990 enforcement orders were issued and set into execution.

Court enforcement officers have restricted access to credit cards to 1,056 debtors, 945 apartments were sequestrated, and 80 vehicles were set for tracing, along with other payment enforcement measures (restriction to ID issuance, no right to leave the country, etc.).

79.5% of the consumers from the Residential Fund have paid for the 2011-2012 heating season. The Termocom administration asks consumers to pay their debts as soon as possible.
