Moldova to host European Air Combat Championship
The European Aerial Fight Championship will be held in the Vadul lui Voda resort town, on August 16 – August 18.
According to the International Air Combat Organization ACES and its Moldovan representation ACES Moldova, our country is the first in the Commonwealth of Independent States to host this tournament.
The competitions will bring together participants from Austria, Belarus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Moldova, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine. The pilots will guide the exact small copies of the aircrafts used in the First and Second World Wars.
The Championship will take place 1.4 kilometer southward from Vadul lui Voda town. The official opening is scheduled for August 17, at 10:00.
