Economic agents of Moldova not to be given the legal entity certificate and the fiscal number certificate anymore
Cabinet ministers approved draft amendments to some normative acts aimed at improving the procedure of registration of legal entities by expanding opportunities of the one-window registration procedure. According to the document, the list of documents has been excluded from the legal entity registration certificate and the fiscal number certificate. According to Justice Minister Oleg Efrim, eliminating a number of procedures and registration documents has become possible to the one-stop window registration of legal entities and to the functioning of national E-systems. As he said, as being registered, a legal entity is given an identification number which coincides with its fiscal code.
Thus, as an ID number and a fiscal code can be verified online on the site of the Registration Chamber, there is no nee to present the paper version of these certificates. Besides, in line with the amendments, the electronic version of the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, kept in the National registration Chamber, will be published and information about a legal entities and their founders will be enlarged.
