The Viscons-Service construction company has won the tender on building 560 two-room and three-room houses in villages of Cotul Morii and Nemteni (Hincesti raion).

According to the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development (MCRD), competition documents were bought only by 49 building companies, 18 of them have provided their proposals to the tender commission’s consideration.

The other  building companies refused participating because they were late. Also the commission has rejected tender proposals which had most expenses and had no bank guarantee.

According to Vice-Construction Minister Anatol Zolotcov, house building will cost about 0.5 billion lei.

Building works must start on Monday, August 23. According to tender conditions, 560 houses must be put into operation by November, 30, 2010.

The MCRD projects to organize a tender on building four-room and 5-room houses for flood victims.

Infotag's dossier: 3 lot were provided for building houses for flood victims: one – near the village of Leuseni (556 hoses are projected to be build there); second – near Obileni (for 25 houses); and third – near village of Nemteni (115 houses). Authorities must build in all 700 houses.
