NCFM is to present draft amendments to the Law of Stock Associations shortly

In the nearest future the package of amendments to a number of laws will be presented for agitation, including those to the Law of Stock Association, member of the Administrative Board of the National Commission on Financial Market Aurica Doina said.
The amendments are designed to enhance corporate governance and concern of convention and holding of a general meeting of shareholders, ensuring transparency, etc.
The document is to be posted on the Web page of NCFM.
