Moldova Noastra Alliance remains without parliamentary group

Valentin Cheptene left the Moldova Nostra Alliance Party (AMN). The MP announced his decision at Friday's sitting of the Parliament. Thus, the party remained with four MPs and cannot constitute a faction.

Valentin Cheptene said he defects from the AMN, but remains in the Alliance for European Integration. He added he will make statements for the press after the sitting.

Cheptene's decision has not been yet commented by the AMN leader Serafim Urecheanu.

Valentin Cheptene entered the parliamentary group of the AMN being on the list of substitute candidates.

Under the Parliament's regulations, the factions must consist of at least five lawmakers.
