10 journalists will get a chance to attend free of charge an English language course, provided by Top English School of Today!
Nowadays, the knowledge of English is practically indispensable in the work of professional journalists. In order to be able to easily process worldwide information, articles or statistics and in order to establish long-term partnerships with multinational companies and international associations, one needs to have a good command of English in the list of achievements. During the course journalists will be able to improve their knowledge of English by means of both theoretical explanations and practical exercises.
Eligible for the contest are the journalists:
- who are available to attend the classes that will take place in the capital and will last for 4 months, three times a week (September-December 2010);
- who are acting journalists and intend to continue their journalistic careers;
- who are Moldcell clients.
Application conditions:
- the filled - in application form, available on Moldcell corporate website www.moldcell.md
- an essay in English of up to 200 words explaining the candidate’s motivation for participating in the contest, expectations from the English course and professional plans for the future;
- a document certifying the fact that the participant is currently working in journalistic field (f.e. journalist card);
- a professional CV and;
- a reference letter offered by the direct superior.
The persons willing to deepen their actual knowledge of English and take part in the contest are asked to send the requested application documents to i.cretu@moldcell.md by August 20, 2010.
