Chef recommends a meatless salad with avocado, cream soup with tomatoes, rizzoto with saffron, couscous with oranges, "Resta" with mushrooms, lentils with asparagus, green apple sorbet.

Chef recommends linguini with pesto sauce and arugula, Mezze rigatoni with saffron, Rizzoto with eggplant and pumpkin. As a vegetable soup – the Pumpkin soup. For dessert, guests are offered terrine with peaches.
