Mihai Cociu – best place taken so far within MX1
Yesterday, July 15th 2012, Mihai Cociu took part in a new competition within the World Motocross Championship. Sponsored by BEMOL, the moldavian racer participated in the race that took place in Kegums, Latvia.
On the Kegums track Mihai managed to surprise not only his team mates, but also his supporters. Even though the racers were taken by surprise when the rain started to pour during qualification races – Cociu managed to get extremely close to the Top 20. In the first race he landed the 22 place, while in the 2nd one he was on the 21st spot!
From the Grand Prix Latvia, Mihai left with the 23rd place - his best result so far within the MX1 2012!
The next competition which "Mr.611" will attend will take place on the Semigorje track, in Russia, on July 22nd 2012.
